Our story
I traveled with Niki for years. Then I built the tool her agency couldn't buy.
I've been booking trips with Niki for as long as I can remember. She runs a boutique travel agency and plans the kind of trips you talk about for years afterward, and I was one of her guests, going wherever she pointed me. I love to travel, and she's the reason a lot of that travel actually happened.
At some point being a guest wasn't enough. I wanted in. So I came on as one of her agents, helping organize trips for other travelers instead of just going on them.
That's when I really saw the other side of the business, the software side. Niki had tried the booking platforms, the CRMs, the all-in-one apps. One took a cut of every trip. Another was built for sales call centers. Most were either bloated and expensive or thin and useless, and none of them fit how a small agency actually works. They just weren't working.
Truthfully, I'd been complaining about those tools for years already. I'm a software and UX guy, and the clunky workflows and afterthought interfaces were genuinely painful to sit through, every extra click, every screen that clearly nobody who does this work had ever used. I knew it could be so much better. But for a long time, it was just what it was.
I've spent 30+ years building software. Watching her fight tools that were supposed to help was more than I could take. So I built one, for her, for the way she really runs trips: booking with deposits and payment plans, a guest CRM with real privacy controls for passports and health data, a traveler portal, rosters, invoices, gift certificates. Two full seasons of real guests and real edge cases later, it runs the whole agency. And here we are.
GLOBEpro is that tool, the one we couldn't buy anywhere, sold the way I wish someone had sold it to us: a flat price, your own Stripe, and not one percent of your bookings.

What we won't budge on
Your money is yours.
Flat subscription, your own Stripe, 0% of bookings. If we ever need more revenue, we'll earn it with better software, not a bigger cut.
Small is the point.
Every feature is tested by an agency of three before it ships. If it needs a manual, an admin, or an "implementation partner," it doesn't ship.
Travelers are guests.
Not leads, not tickets. Their passports and health data stay locked down and audit-logged, and their experience gets the same polish as yours.
